FAQ and Shop Policy

Hi I’m Szymon Kwinto and I’m an illustrator, animator, artist and all around weirdo. Now I may be a weirdo but I’m still a human. One human running this tiny online shop trying to sell my weird things and make a living creating art. I want to thank you for your support and I hope whatever you buy you are happy with the product. If you have any questions, queries or problems with your order, get in contact and say hello :)

Please note:

I have a 24-48 hour shipping delay for high-ticket (orders over £50), shipments to non-verified addresses, or first-time customers. I will have to wait for payment to clear before I can ship. Remember I’m just one dude so I ain’t got a warehouse and a thousand worker bees… it’s just me for now. 

Make sure to choose the same shipping destination in your Big Cartel order as you do when entering your shipping details in your offsite PayPal checkout page. If not, I won't be able to fulfil the order. 

With clothes and sizes of items please check the size guides and if you require more info on the product please contact me before placing your order since I can’t guarantee a refund or exchange/return due to the wrong size.

Do you accept returns?

As a general rule no. I do not accept returns. However if your order was damaged during shipping or you are unhappy or have any other issues with the order please get in contact. I will try my best to resolve the matter so you can be a happy customer once again!

I bought the wrong size or item. Can I have a refund?!

Please check what you're buying and read the size guide before ordering! If you require more info on a product feel free to send me a message as I’m always happy to help! If I haven't sent the item yet please get in contact asap and we can cancel the order. If the item has already been shipped or has been received I normally won’t be able to refund the order or accept a return but please get in contact with me and maybe we can work something out.

Are shipping fees extra?

Yes… it costs money to ship you my stuff and get it to you in one piece for you to enjoy. I sometimes will offer discounted shipping prices on larger value items or as a promotion but it's rare since I ain’t a massive monopoly… yet ;)

Do you ship Internationally (outside of the UK)?

Yes! However, postage will cost a lot more and you will be responsible for paying any duty/custom/tax fees.

When will my order be shipped?

Once the payment is received and cleared. Usually after 3-5 business days I will send it (unless I’m away on holiday but I will send notification in advance of when I’m away from office). I will send confirmation once the product is sent. If you don’t receive a dispatch shipping notification or haven't heard anything about your order in 14 days after you placed it, send me a message and I’ll investigate. 

Help I placed my order to the wrong address?! Or...Can I change the address post placing my order?

Please make sure your address is correct in the transaction details page. I can’t send the goods to anywhere else other than the one listed in the order.
If you genuinely made a mistake please contact me asap. If it’s before I have sent the goods then I can refund the order, however if I already dispatched your order I am afraid there is nothing I can do to help you and won’t be able to offer you a refund. 

I need this asap! Can you rush to ship it the next day or use my shipping service?

Sorry good things come to those who wait. I will try my hardest to get your order ready, packed with love and care within one working week but I need to wait for payment to clear. I send my stuff tracked and it will get there when it gets there. If you haven’t received your order or you think it might have gotten lost please contact me.
